At ReverseVeda, every formulation is prepared and dispatched with intention. As a small-batch, doctor-led brand, we prioritise freshness, careful handling, and responsible delivery.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak periods or special circumstances, processing times may extend slightly.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

As our products are prepared in small batches, dispatch may occasionally align with batch cycles to maintain freshness.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, or regulatory factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

ReverseVeda may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders, as indicated on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, returns are handled carefully to ensure hygiene and product integrity.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The product is defective upon arrival

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during special promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at care@reverseveda.com

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide clear images of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.


4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
